Job responsibilities:

1) Proven experience as Administration Head

2) Prepare and maintain new & existing land Documents

3) Buying or selling, Handling with property documents, Operations,  financial & legal documents , Handling with AMC and Insurance Docs with Machines & Windmill

4)Hiring and Maintaining Apartments, New and existing machine land verification with local government authorities, order replacement supplies as needed

5) Dealing with all Vehicles Insurance renewals, FC and Maintenance activities

6) Civil works and Facilitate New employees & managers where needed

7) Preparing Correspondence, Documents

Candidates from Land properties, Windmill, tenants and other legal documents follow are prefered

Location: Tirupur

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Job responsibilities:

1) Proven experience as Supply Chain Management Head in Apparel/Textile sector

2) Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials

3) Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class materials management group.

4) Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements

5) Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.

6) Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements

7) Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
